Thank you for choosing us for your training journey. We are proud to be a small, locally-owned business committed to providing exceptional learning experiences. To ensure smooth operations and mutual understanding, we kindly ask you to review and agree to our policies below. These guidelines are designed to respect the time and effort of our students, instructors, and staff.

More than 48 Hours Before Your Course
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your course start time. You’ll receive a full refund by using the "Change/Cancel Appointment" link in your registration confirmation email.Within 48 Hours of Your Course
Cancelations made within 48 hours of the course start time are non-refundable. Payments cannot be credited toward future registrations, except for the cost of any physical materials not yet received. -
Need to Reschedule Within 48 Hours?
Life happens, and we get it! If you notify us at least 2 hours before the course start time, you’ll receive a 50% credit toward a future class. To qualify, you must reschedule within 30 days of your original course date. The remaining 50% will be required at the time of your new registration.Multiple Reschedules
If you reschedule more than once, the full course cost will apply each time. After two reschedules, you may not be eligible to register for future classes.To reschedule, contact us at 919- 937-8276 or info@primarypulsecpr.com and we’ll work with you to make the process as smooth as possible!

We value your time and aim to start all classes promptly. Please arrive 30 minutes before class to check in, settle in, and get ready to learn.
Late Arrival: Arriving more than 5 minutes after the start time (35 minutes late) means we cannot accommodate you in the session, and you’ll be marked as a No-Show.
No-Show Policy: If you don’t attend or fail to cancel/reschedule at least 2 hours prior, you will forfeit the course fee.

Your health is important to us. If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule through the "Change/Cancel Appointment" link in your confirmation email.
Illness Within 48 Hours: Call us directly to reschedule. Our standard rescheduling policies apply.
Symptomatic Students: If you arrive visibly unwell, we’ll ask you to reschedule for everyone’s safety.

Some courses require a minimum number of students for group activities. If a class doesn’t meet this requirement, we’ll notify you at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. No fees will apply in this case.

Need someone else to take your spot? You can transfer your seat up to 48 hours before the course. Just contact us directly to make the change. Please note, transfers not arranged in advance may result in a No-Show.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you must leave during a session, you’ll need to reschedule to complete the course. Any rescheduling fees will be addressed individually.

To ensure a distraction-free learning environment, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare for the duration of your class. Guests (including children) are not permitted in classrooms or offices during sessions.

Your safety is our priority. If severe weather is expected (e.g., tornadoes, hurricanes, or snow emergencies), we may adjust schedules. We’ll notify you promptly via phone, email, or text if there are changes due to weather conditions.
